WILDERNESS-LITE HIKE – Saturday, February 15, 2020
8:00 Mission Valley Carpool if there is one
We will hike The Blue Sky Ecological Reserve up to Poway Lake. We will leave at 9:00 am. This will be an in-and-out hike with a portion of it being a loop around the lake. There will be an elevation gain of about 800′. This hike has moderate uphills and steep downhills. We will do about 6 miles. The temperature is expected to be in the low 70s. Make sure that you have a hat, hiking pole, snack, lunch and plenty of water. Also, wear boots.

DIRECTIONS – From I-15 North or South take the Rancho Bernardo Road exit and head East. Eventually this road becomes Espola Road. Drive for about 3.4 miles. You will see the sign for the Reserve on your left. We will meet in the parking lot.
